Billy grew up in Fredericksburg, TX., he now resides in Eagle
Lake, TX. Billy says he feels like the Garth Brooks song "The
River." He says, "I'll ride the river where it takes me," I just
want to do what I love. He claims he's not an "artsy" person,
and often feels out of place in an art store. He is influenced by
bold, strong images like the "Marlboro Man" in the vintages
ads. His goal is to do what he loves; design outstanding
western and cowboy pieces, develope his talent and create
good art.
